What is the proper way to put rain boots on my toddler?

What are some different careers in the fashion industry?

My ideas are:
Have the local high school student councils have a shoe drive
Put a full page ad in the local paper
Put a Donate you old shoes box/stand at local shoe stores
And Flyers and more Flyers
